WCF .NET 4.0 Web.config

Already done. It was not the problem. Do i have to change something else ? I havn't see anything else  on IIS 6.

That's why i think the problem came from the web.config file.

Have you published a webservice in 4.0 ?

 Perhaps the contract change ?
